We started the meet off with some great heats!!
Jeremy is going into finals seeded 1st with Chad Bobrosky 2nd in the 400m free. Rachel Nichol is seeded 1st in the 50 breast and our 4x100m free relay is seeded 2nd.
That is it for the first morning of competition. Not a bad start.
